When is the campsite open and closed?
This year the campsite is open from 27/04/24 to 07/09/24.

Can I come with my pet?
Your pet is welcome at the campsite, whether in a rental accommodation or on a pitch, at the rate of €6.00/night.
You can add your pet to your booking when you select your options.

Can I use a barbecue on my pitch?
Yes, but only a gas barbecue. Any other barbecue is strictly forbidden (prefectural decree) as there is too great a risk of fire.

How it works on the day of departure?
If you have a camping pitch, please leave before midday by coming at the reception to let us know.
If you have an mobil-home, a lodge or Freecamp, the accommodation must be vacated before 10am. Please leave the key at reception or in the key box if you wish to leave before reception opens.
If a key is lost, a fee of €50 will be deducted from your deposit.

Can visitors come and see me at the campsite?
Family and friends are welcome. They must register for the day at reception and park their vehicle there. However, they will not have access to the pool area, which is reserved for our campers only.

Where can I recharge my car?
Unfortunately we don’t have an electric charging point. The nearest one is in Rosières, in the car park in the main square next to the Cave Coopérative.
There’s another a little further on in Joyeuse in the supermarket car park.

Are sheets and towels provided in the accommodation?
Sheets and towels are not provided. You can hire them at the time of booking or on site (subject to availability). However, blankets and pillows are provided.
Little tips: remember to bring your own bath mat, tea towels, sponges, toilet paper, etc.

What types of swimwear are allowed in the pool area?
We only allow swimming briefs and boxer shorts. Access to the pool area will be refused if you are wearing beach shorts.
